Corporate office place their power in franchise issues more than patient care. Too many non medical personal making medical decisions. HR is heartless in family relations

There are absolutely no pros about this place.

Cons

Politics and BS - RUN! Management will lie on you or set you up for failure faster than you can blink if they want to get rid of you. Be careful when they tell you you're doing a good job. Extremely un organized. Will ask you to falsify documents at times during audits with the state and if you don't? Be prepared for their wrath. Will demote you from your position no matter what it is if they feel like it for whatever reason.

Pros

The idea of helping those in need.

Cons

Decline in morale, high turnover, hostility, bullying, and aggressive tactics to make providers bill. There is no such thing of privacy. All pleas for help or reporting of wrongdoing ends in the reporter being targeted. Most staff are looking to leave. The replacement employees are hired at a lower wage.
