Love my coworkers, it makes it easier getting up and coming to work everyday. The team dynamic is really great, I know it sounds cliche but seriously everyone is super laid back and easy going. The job itself is pretty laid back and not very demanding when were staffed. You learn a lot of random things while working here. There are always pros and cons when working for a small company / start up. When things change we all know immediately, theres room for growth. We get a % of all our sales as an added bonus. No its not a sales job but we dont get commission for all services we sell. Its very millennial, which I love. Everyone respects everyone & they've incorporated more team outings to get the team more involved & connect outside of work.

Cons

Since its a startup the pay isnt great..could be better. No 401k offered as of yet..int he works hopefully.
