We’re also proud of our recognitions from the past year like Great Places to Work, Best Workplaces for Women, and Forbes Best Employers in Washington. 3ySymetra's work environment and flexibility are among the many reasons I enjoy working here. In terms of career progression, I hope you’ve been able to have an open and intentional conversation with your manager to discuss your aspirations and map out ways to get you where you want to be. The annual Talent Check-In is a great time to do this, but employees are encouraged to have meaningful discussions with their managers year-round.
