Pros
I have been on the team for the last year since the early stages of us becoming the new brand Symphony Talent and thoroughly enjoying the experience. We are challenging status quo and making changes continuously from the lessons we are learning and this really is helping me grow as an individual. We also have done a good job bringing cultures and strong individuals from multiple businesses and working towards and single unified values and vision. Everyone is approachable and fun to work with.
Cons
It is a fast paced environment and if you are open to continuos improvement and pushing yourselves, ST may not be a good fit Since we had to merge teams together unfortunately I have seen people loose their jobs in the process. More than 20% of the team I work with are added in the last 1 year. It is really exciting to work with people coming in with multitude of experience and helping challenge the status quo, but hard to see people leave. Hopefully we are done with the changes and continue to build the future.
