-The pay is dirt poor and they pick and choose who and what they pay. It was not as advertised
- The health benefits package is not beneficial and you pay more each paycheck that the coverage makes sense for
-There are no mental Health benefits and if you think you are getting an accommodation, you might as well think again.
- Management is very snarky, unprofessional and lack effective communication or empathy. The sit on the company teams and private chat about the agents. They have been caught doing so many times but if you do it.. Expect to be targeted
- They love to tell you to ask question and/or speak up. That's a set up. If you dont plan on kissing butt... Leave your opinion to yourself
-They activley do all they can to prevent you from moving to other departments outside of intake because how could they work you as a slave in a healthier environment
