      Pros

      C-Suite leads with kindness. Competitive pay and benefits. Driven to make the DME ordering process streamlined. Actively growing team to meet demands. Encourages work/life balance. Supportive leadership. Inclusive brainstorming to find best solutions for business.

      Cons

      No big red flags, but there are some temporary growing pains that you find in any start up. Leadership actively making things better for employees on a daily basis.

      Turning into an offshore call center isn't going to solve not having a Standard Operating Procedure.

      Pros

      None, it gets worse all of the time.

      Cons

      Not given a voice in the procedures taking place. Its been painful to watch all of the wrong turns and untimely experimentation when the experience and help were right there the whole time, had they been put to use. Instead of streamlining the procedure to create an order, and going for lean processes, the company has turned to imposing strict metrics on out of control, hard to explain processes used to complete the simplest of tasks.

      Pros

      -Mission driven organization making a real impact in the healthcare space especially in the DME (durable medical equipment) sector. -Innovative and fast-growing company backed by strong partnerships. -Autonomy and ownership in my role; I'm trusted to drive strategy and execute with confidence. -Strong executive alignment—leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback.

      Cons

      -No cons to share as I’ve just started my first week—so far, it’s been a smooth onboarding experience. -The company is in a high-growth phase, which means lots of change and evolving processes. Someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can adapt quickly will feel right at home. -Some processes are still being built out or refined, which is normal for a scaling startup—but it also means there’s room to make a real impact.
