      Pros

      I work in an amazing department and the benefits are unbeatable especially the 401k match and PTO. Health insurance is also nicely priced for employee contribution and the employer paid STD policy.

      Cons

      Offering more optional policies would be nice like a hospital indemnity policy

      Welcoming company and exciting opportunity

      Pros

      Looking forward to being part of something really big at Synapse - they are truly changing how the DME game is played. I'm relatively new, so I'm still getting accquainted with the leaders and with my team - the hiring process was thorough, and everyone I've worked with thus far has been welcoming and helpful. A start-up environemnt was a big shift for me, but I was eager for the change.

      Cons

      Onboarding training is still a work in progress - everything was mapped out but could be more detailed, especially for those with less experience coming in. I am looking forwardto helping contribute to helping add more structure to support future growth.

      Pros

      I’ve seen a mix of reviews on here, but my experience has been very different. I’ve really enjoyed the fast-paced environment, the level of autonomy and ownership you’re given, and the trust placed in people to do their jobs without being micromanaged. It genuinely feels like you’re treated like an adult here. The leadership team is inspiring, and there’s a strong sense of purpose behind the work. We’re making a real impact in healthcare and improving patient experiences, which makes the work feel meaningful.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense at times, and not everything is perfectly defined. You need to be comfortable operating with some ambiguity and figuring things out as you go.
