Pros

Come in early, leave early.

Cons

Everything - They use free food like its something special. everyone agrees that they would rather have high pay than free food - No structured sales process - They make everything free - They control the opportunities - Says that it is a 3-4 week sales process when most opportunities have an evaluation of 6 months. - RETURN GALORE!!! - Team Leads will give deals, then they get returned because they push "60 day money back guarantee"... when they don't even pay... - Awful leadership, has no clue how to lead people effectively Check their revenue, their competitors are beating them but yet they've been around for 16 years... they want to hire 55 people in 2017, but can't hold on to the people currently there. The most tendered person is 1 year and some change.

Pros

1. Syncfusion management goes through regular analysis of trends, operations, and workflow, and is constantly seeking ways to improve. 2. Although the company is not a start-up, their approach to ongoing improvement and the pursuit of the best and most efficient practices is more like that of a startup than similar companies of this size. 3. Managers devote significant time to ensuring employees receive fair and beneficial treatment; there is a genuine concern for individual welfare. 4. The work environment at Syncfusion is extremely positive. You can feel that employees and managers alike try to be polite and considerate of others.

Cons

The company is growing, but although they are very good at both identifying and providing merit-based promotions when available, there are not a lot of opportunities yet for employee advancement.

Pros

Free lunch, average pay. The building is nice and you'll get your cubicle. But beware some employed talk very loudly so it's hard to hear yourself think.

Cons

Don't be fooled this is really a cold calling position. They say it's warm leads given to you but you'll expect to call on a new lead 3 times a day. So if you like to bug people this is your job! They tell you 40-50 phone calls a day but when you start that increases to 70 a day. Then they add 100 emails a day as well. Very shady! Everyone's young here not many senior employees so you know you won't last long here.
