Good Company for freshers

Freshers can learn a lot. Get trained to withstand work pressure. Chances to work in cutting edge technologies

Cons

Salary system is very unstable. Work culture is worst in industry. None of the managers know people management. Almost micro managed everything.

Great benefits: 401k, medical, dental, vacation (although health benefits were cut with little notice)

Cons

Working 60 hours a week, including Sundays is not enough. Management will micro-manage you non-stop. Sales strategy is all over the place and is never centralized. Compensation plan can change without notice. Changed at least 4 times from early 2011 to Fall 2012.
