Flexibility in schedule Able to create a work and life balance Free CEUs for yearly licensure requirements 1:1 meetings with clinical lead/ operator- very caring and considerate individual Very family oriented and relaxed environment 100% remote

Cons

Pay is low for the LPC, MHSP Productivity is unrealistic meet- 40 clients per week is excessive and burnout

I feel so accepted with this company and allowed to flourish in my strengths for my personal growth while being with a company that truly cares about other people and putting kindness into this world.

Cons

No complaints, truly. I now am able to have true work/life balance and feel seen for the skills I have cultivated for my career as a clinician.

Pros

This is a great company to work for! There is great respect for work/life balance. You are encouraged to use your PTO. The staff is supportive and upper management is accessible. They invest in your professional development. Through my employment in the company, I was able to get licensed in different states. The colleagues are great and it feels like a family.

Cons

The caseload can fluctuate sometimes.
