PCA Pharmacy is a great place to work. It is a company that I wake up happily to work for every single day. There are numerous benefits in place that demonstrate its mission to enrich the lives of its employees. I feel valued as an employee at PCA Pharmacy!

There is currently no matching 401K plan.

Pros

Highly value their team members. The company is actually cares about their employees. So much that they have a foundation to help employees in need.

Cons

The perfect job? Winning the Powerball and being on a permanent vacation. Hard to match that but very difficult to come up with some cons.

None this place is a joke

Cons

Management is the worst. Working with them is so stressful. They give little direction on what needs to be done, and then get upset when you don't perform the way they assume you will. It's a guessing game every day.
