You feel like you are working with your closest friends. Employees get to work in a relaxed, comfortable, safe, and fun environment where they feel valued, recognized, and appreciated for all of their hard work. We have catered luncheons, parties, and celebrations on a regular basis to make sure our employees know how valuable they are to our team! We strongly believe in taking the very best care of our employees and they will in turn do the same for the patients and clients we service. We are an employer that understands we are nothing without our employees!

Unorganized, too many meetings without results, not enough listening to veteran staff.

This company was good to work for in the beginning. The employees (for the most part) are team players and willing to help out when and where needed.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other LTC pharmacies. Inconsistent upper management with clear favoritism. Lack of communication to each department.
