      The new site is beautiful. There is a fitness center onsite. I Loved My Team!

      Cons

      It is stressful being a Customer Service Representative! Everything is rated by a metric system! The company is NOT understanding about sickness in your family! Vacation time is earn as you go. If you schedule a vacation, and it is approved, you won't be paid until you have earned that amount of time. I took a 5 day vacation and was paid for 1 day!

      Management is beyond unorganized and holds their entry-level employees accountable Does not focus on maintaining equality The bank as a whole is unfortunately boring of more than it can chew Will disband workers for silly things, while letting major problems remain Does not pay enough for all of the work required Doesn't acknowledge higher education when applying Inside aids are completely outdated Building not up to par with said "multi-billion dollar" standards Mechanics needs updating Scheduling is very biased
