Awesome Place to Work Overall

Pros

- work alongside some of the smartest people I've ever known - relaxed dress code, and flexible work environment - company invests a lot of money in training - great senior leadership

Cons

- a few top-level execs need to get with the times on allowing people to work from home (don't have to clock in and clock out of a cube to prove productivity) - cubes... managers of people really need an office with a door

Decent job

Pros

The co-workers and supervisors were amazing and easy to get along with, good job to gain experience and as long as you show up for work and try to do your job to the best of your ability, you'll be fine. Benefits are a nice bonus.

Cons

Low pay for the job, hard to get the bonus each month. If you're not a "favorite" your job is not secure and no one will help you. HR is very unprofessional and uncaring. Management states they have an open-door policy, but general if you have an issue with something or someone, you're on your own. They do not communicate well when it comes to new policies.

Pros

Work from home and some benefits

Cons

Work every weekend and holidays. Barely any pto compared to working every weekend and holiday. All leadership is always on pto, never have any knowledge to help, take any excuse to take a rep to HR. Customer service and collections constantly are deceiving reps for the reason they are transferring just so they won’t deal with a hard cardholder and when you report it to leadership nothing is ever done. Quality does whatever they want and AGAIN leadership just eats it fly. Numbers are inconsistent. They illegally are having reps take certain type of calls and aren’t counting it in their numbers and then put them on formals. To say the least it’s a crap show and I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worse enemy.
