Pros
WFH probably is the only pro
Cons
There’s so many, you would be blinded. Where do I start…Well first, you will get introduced to the company and they will brag about their rewards. Biggest one being the #5 GPTW but don't let that fool you. They expect you to work on weekends and if there is no time off available, you have to work or else quit. They promote Work-Life Balance but there is absolutely none. You receive no down time off the phone’s so be prepared to talk all day your entire shift. DO NOT TALK TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT YOUR LONG TERM CAREER GOALS!!!! Especially if you are a person that is driven. They will make sure they keep you far away from getting to that goal and write you up so that you are technically a “vegetable” for 12 months in order for you to move to where you want to go. Lastly, keep in mind that they will not cover you for bereavement time if you lost an immediate Aunt/Uncle and if there isn’t any time off available (there is never any), you’d have to quit to attend an important going home ceremony. The stupidest thing I have ever heard. All this to say, be careful before you sign an offer letter and know what you’re signing up for before you start. They will mask to be the greatest company ever but if you sit back and watch, they can care less about you as an employee and that’s why their turnover rate is stupid high!
