      Pros

      They feed you to keep you happy but don't expect any raises.

      Cons

      the management is a bunch of fake, back stabbers who are out to help themselves and not anybody else. Dont try to befriend them because they will strike when you are not looking. Do not work here as it is an environment of lies and anger. Each day you come to work you will get sicker and sicker the closer you come to the building. Loosers never leave, they stay here to die.

      Pay is good. Cafeteria on site. Free food almost every week. Vacation is good. Overtime. If you stay six months they will pay for your school.

      Cons

      Customers.having no work/life balance. No time between calls. Expectations are rediculous.

      Pros

      Excellent benefit program in regards to tuition reimbursement and healthcare benefits. Fair 401(k) program. Great business practices in theory.

      Cons

      Some of the disadvantages to working at Synchrony Financial would be pay related. It is not competitive and not designed for talent retention. It is a great entry level company for someone out of college or new to the workforce who wants gain experience for their resume. This is not a long term plan for someone to establish financial security.
