Worst work culture, company focus only on profit earned from client not employee well being. Had to leave within 4 month

Pros

High Pay at joining, usually get call within last three weeks of joining new organization. Don't get mesmerised by the high pay, you might lose the mental peace after joining

Cons

- Worst work culture experience, had to leave organization within 4 months of joining Pune. - Treated like labour at bank client, had to fill status update of every hour spend in day. Might had to work on weekends without any compensation. - No support from Synechron Management

Pros

As it is a small company you will understand end to end project functioning and details. Friendly people from HR to IT team to Admin team.

Cons

Less process oriented work in project. Humen resources department is not independent. Account managers and delivery managers controls the HR as well as RMG.
