Pros
No Project, so only 1-2 month without work salary, unless you fired from there Only You will get 1st Hike during Joining after that definitely you will be fired and just think if you are coming from different place and shifting for some few months for this company, then everything you will loose when you will fired.
Cons
Wrost Company in the Inida, Like 3rd Party Consultancy - Magna, Future Focus etc Its even a wrost job if compare with contract job Only few Project for few resources- who are well known to Senior People and who work for Senior in personal and professional life like everytime Chamcha Giri then you might get a project in Synechron...otherwise any Friday will be fired. Every Friday they Hire and Fire People. There is no any Senior from IIM or any top class Level who can bring Business- they don't hire any senior Director or Senior Director from Top Company Like Infy, CTS, Accenture- who have multiple contacts in multiple country and who can bring Project for their resources whom they hired. All Senior are there from just simple graduate even they can't communicate in English in Proper way, Forget Client and Business from Client through them. Most of hiring there through their referal, if you don't have any contacts there then soon you will be on Road. "All The Best"
