Pros

- Started my carrier with Synechron and I feel that they treat every employee as a valuable asset - It is fastest growing company and wonderful place to work - The leadership is very dynamic and energetic - Always encourage to learn new thigs and good opportunities to work with various clients - Provides lot of material to learn (Udemy, various trainings, helpful coworkers )

Cons

- Nothing much to say about the cons - Appraisals can be better - Feels a little bit detached from the company while working from client location in some projects - Should approach clients other than BFSI
