No Doubt there is always a black side but here i guess pros are surpassing cons. But still naming few : - Employee getting release from any project doesn't need to be fired - try him out first. - Sometimes you feel there is huge gap between an employee and management. Try to fill that. - Employee who put head and soul in work by working overtime or nights - need to be compensated and appreciated.
