-Great co-workers - Great Call Center managers - Easy job

Cons

-Terrible upper management OBSESSED with increased productivity. I had one Executive tell me I should be making 200 calls a day. - Dishonest managers that do not care about the client's wants or needs, they only care about bringing in new business and will lie to potential and current clients to do so. - Rigid environment with lots of micromanaging - Very boring and sedentary job working in a call center - 0 upward mobility unless you want to be a call center manager

Pros

The support during both on-boarding to company induction has been great. Actually, the best induction I have had in my career! I already have a real sense from colleagues that this is a great place to be!
