Pros

We are offered mostly the same benefits as our base (non Syneos) counterparts which makes this particular contract very enticing, Syneos mgr lets us run our territories as we see fit- very hands off, we are able to take advantage of ESPP, company matches 401k contributions

Cons

Ridiculously low pay for demanding amount of work. Not sure if a 30% pay differential between Syneos rep and base (non Syneos) rep is standard, but it’s pretty demeaning and shows how little the company values its employees.

Shallow subject matter expertise. Non-existing mentorship or attention to employee growth. Deeply entrenched favoritism and personal connections undermining strive to excellence and delivery of high quality work.
