Pros

Coming into the role as an entry level position, I have learned so much in regards to the pharmaceutical industry, the company, processes, etc. The transition into a professional work environment was easier with the help of my colleagues who are willing to help and teach anytime I needed it. I love coming into work knowing I will learn something new today.

Cons

It is very fast paced environment, it's not for someone who wants an easy going career.
