Always something new coming. Organization is strong and even though I work in a sales partnership I feel stable and secure in my role and with Syneos.

Cons

Partnerships go up and down, and there is waiting time and re interviewing processes

Decent pay for Pharma reps. Company car, and they mostly leave you alone.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Way too many systems in place. Millions of passwords to remember. All contracts are different. Feel like you have very few rights as an employee if contract ends.
