Smart and easy-going colleagues and positive working atmosphere. Suitable for ppl seeking challenges and would like to grow with the company as it continue to expand.

Cons

Unclear career prospects (takes years to be promoted to senior marketing specialist). Although lots of planning jobs are involved, there are also exhausting hands-on tasks.
