Great production and brand. Solid engineering team, very suitable for entry engineer to build their skill. Great bonus and reasonable working hours. Very great salary package in Taipei

Cons

Long working hours and basic salary is very low. The developing/engineering job in Synology is stressful. The product is a little boring and not fancy.
