Lot of various and interesting tasks, relatively big responsibility, market leader in its segment, fast company growth, interesting product, no bureaucracy

Cons

Wages are rather at the average level, almost no benefits, no corporate spirit or team building activities, not enough professional / soft skills trainings to keep you developing

Pros

A small and young company that will give you wide roles and responsibilities.

Cons

No real career opportunity. Laughable salaries. Being constantly threatened of losing your 1-2 annual mediocre bonuses. Depressing work environment. No real performance measures but mere opinion. Being paid salary when you are expected and required to work a minimum 8 hours a day and are forced to stay till 5pm.

Pros

The company grows very fast and everything is undergoing transformation. People can play a significant part within this culture as long as he demonstrates his capability. Colleagues here are young and easy to communicate.

Cons

Less systematic, except research and development, other departments were less valued. Less promotion opportunities.
