-Middle-management (especially) is extremely helpful and earnest; they want to help you succeed -New, revamped training process will streamline newcomers into the role -There are very few "requirements" from management. You can make this position your own and succeed in the way that fits your style.

Cons

I would not recommend this company if you do not have an active interest in technology. This is not just any old "Sales" position -- you will need to actively research and ask questions to be successful.

Great to learn all about Network Technology Depending on your position you may be able to travel Paid exactly what requested Will Hire newbies to give them a chance

Cons

Many employees are young and not experienced in Leadership No team building many folks are so scared to lose their job they are bad mouthing other employees daily Company use to have employees work overtime and still haven't paid and many employees are still upset about it. All employees have to show up to work at the same time no matter position Dry Company no alcohol rare in tech companies
