If you get the training and you're focused you can do well here. Your co-workers are good folks, but they're also focused on their own work. There's a lot of work and a lot of responsibility involved here.

Cons

If you can't get your head around the training, or you're easily distracted, or you're depending on social support, this won't work for you.

I work in the Reston VA office. Reseller team has little to no monthly sales quotas to hit and though our job can be redundant at times for the most part it’s a very straightforward safe job. Manager listens to my needs.
