- very friendly work environment

- structure of the job/company is completely unorganized - not in the business of developing their employees (would rather let you go than work with you and train you to become better) - trainers are just managers, not actual trainers - trainers also don't do the jobs they are supposed to do - management will tell you one thing but expect another
