I can't say this is the best job, but definitely I CAN say it's not the worst. What I enjoy here are the opportunities to learn. This is very broad and covers application support, phone/ticket support, networking, storage details, etc. There are many things that I personally enjoyed learning, as well as confirming my knowledge of. They are also fairly laid back. As long as you get your job done, they don't breathe down your neck nor get on your...behind. Another great thing is the different available shifts, covering morning/day/night time.

Cons

The biggest issue to me is that sometimes there is no real direction. This falls on both management and the individual, and I am sure that we can all think about this critically. To expound, it kind of seems that it's a "get things going yourself" thing, which isn't ENTIRELY bad but not necessarily good. This teaches one to really be self-sufficient but can also be overwhelming, not having a direction to head towards/goals to achieve.
