      1. Stable job with flexible working hours 2. WFH option 3. Plenty of benefits in CTC 4. Multiple options to learn and grow

      Cons

      1. Hard work is not rewarded, rather those people rise who are good at publicizing themselves 2. Increment is below average as compared to other industries 3. If you're holding your Managers leg then appraisal is a boom else you will be counted in the herd 4. Your salary hike during joining will be compensated during the next appraisal, so somewhere you will be pulled back in your career

      Technical staff is good and the communication of ideas between people is better

      Cons

      Worked in Synopsys for many years. Extreme bureaucracy! Compensation and career grows at the slowest compared to competitors. Lots of works but no growth. The management promises people both pay increases and career growth to get Job done. Once Job gets done you are given an excuse. The HR plays along or is the main player in driving this.
