      Pros

      Ciranova was a great company that survived through the recession of 2008 and was growing quickly when it was acquired.

      Cons

      We were unable to grow quickly enough in the end, unfortunately, and had no choice but to sell the company to a partner.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. People here are smart and generally motivated. Fast paced environment, if you like that.

      Cons

      The organization has grown so large, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in many cases. After a few quarters, it's easy to throw away or bury an acquired product when nobody is looking, in favor of your own product you've been working on for years. Very political.
