      Pros

      Synopsys top management always demonstrated a very prudent, thoughtful, and fiscally responsible approach for its business and industry objectives. Leaving one with a good feeling about the stability of the company one was working for.

      Cons

      The inclusion, diversity, dynamic work environment, and overall corporate culture observed at corporate headquarters was rarely evident to employees in field offices.
