      Challenging environment after acquisition

      Pros

      Suitable for people that want stability and consistency in their work (lots of people with more than 10 years service). The company has made and continues to make a number of acquisitions, so there is always lots of work for integration.

      Cons

      My original company was acquired and wasn't well integrated into Synopsys. The culture of the new company was not aligned with the original company and a lot of talent left as a result.

      Pros

      Talented people to work with Very good company to work with if you want to pursue career in EDA industry. Good brand value in EDA domain.

      Cons

      Not much learning on software side, only EDA learning Poor HR policies. Nobody to support you regarding your queries in HR/Accounts Very less frequent parties and other event for cost cutting CTC structure is such that the In-hand salary is very low.
