      Pros

      Synopsys is the top 3 EDA company in the world. Employees can actually get top techs from Silicon and Software.

      Cons

      The compitition with Cadence and Mentor Graphics makes life uncertain on Synopsys - though Synopsys is the biggest among 3, sometimes loss on big design or fab would be bad news.

      Strong Benefits, Great policy, Great tools, gives you ability to work on EDA leader tools

      Corporation, not very Agile environment. Might be a lot of people who have their status but do not do productive work.
