      Good salary Nice work life balance no timing issues day to day global environment to interact with professionals around the world ocassionally fun activities around the year

      Cons

      Management is weak Work pressure goes very sometimes Some offices dont treat interns as they should and don't have aim for permanent position for them

      Synopsy provides good working environment, nice colleagues, and flexible working time. good place for work-life balance.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is fine. Pay is good in this country considering workload. Development pace is steady and project schedule isn't too tight most of the time so we can concentrate more on quality.

      Cons

      EDA industry isn't growing fast these days. (It's not company's fault anyway)
