Pros
- Great company to join out of college to learn the latest technologies in the EDA field. - If you end up supporting one of their bug customers you will learn a lot also it's a good way to establish ties with the customers for future employment in case anything happens. - Benefits are ok but not the best.
Cons
- Limited to no career growth beyond a certain level. - HR can do a better job - Top heavy, need some house cleaning to make space for promotions. - Some favoritism and double standards in terms of promotions (geography, customer, flight risk). - Some managers/directors/VPs need training on how to manage people and develop some emotional intelligence and empathy. - Better distribution for RSUs to motivate everyone rather than only top performers.
