      Pros

      Good money, many challenging projects, very dynamic, growth oppurtunities, chance to work with different teams, self development, hand on experience

      Cons

      Management puts lot of pressure on each , every project. Every project at start is alredy late by few months. No mentroing. No growth oppurtunities. Too much of movement.

      Work is interesting and keeps you busy.

      Cons

      Hate to say it but there is rampant racism and other nationalities have to stand up for themselves twice as much otherwise you will be walked over completely! Been privy to conversations where they openly ridicule habits coming from different backgrounds and it is plain disrespectful.
