      -Decent pay -Strong products -Impressive customers *SIG was built via acquisition and the lack of product integration shows.

      Cons

      -High quotas that constantly change -Very difficult to find support staff willing to work -Poor poor leadership, seriously. The worst Ive ever experienced in 16 yrs -Less than truthful hiring process -Micromanaging abusive management

      1. Really an awesome performance-based work culture. 2. Very positive `Yes, if ` thinking. This is one of the company mottos. 3. Guaranteed to work on the latest and greatest technologies in Semi-conductors. 4. Management chain composed of Ph.D. and other technical people who have climbed the ladder. 5. Very good and employee-friendly benefits. 6. Synopsys stock is one the fastest growing and employees can buy them at a discount.

      1. Generally employees work in stress mode. There is more work than employees. 2. Difficult to achieve balance in work-life.
