      Pros

      Coworkers are great and hours are reasonable.

      Cons

      Below market pay and your treated like a number in the eyes of the corporation. Sysco wants you to be loyal but they will show you the door to save a dollar regardless of how long you have been here.

      Pros

      You get great experience working for such large companies especially when you are the beginning of your career. My manager was great and the team was good to work with and I got to learn a lot about the industry.

      Cons

      Pay is substantially less than similar companies in the food industry. It is pretty obvious that Management level and above gets paid really well but people at the bottom of the 'chain' are not paid the industry average at all, primarily because of HR policy and also keeping departmental costs low as possible is part of the incentive structure of senior management. In recent times, the corporate HR department has gone even worse.

      Stock plan - retirement plan, Good income They use some good software for planning If you like reports and last minute task, that’s A good job for you

      Cons

      Poor management Always adding task and extra work No life balance HR and managers too close with no privacy If you have young kids and you looking for work and life balance, don’t work for them.
