Pros

Great pay, great benefits, physical, great managment for transportation side. Great accruing vacation especially the longer you are there. Good equipment mostly.

Cons

Some days are rough, the warehouse has constant turnaround so trailers are sometimes really screwy.

I was lied to in my interview

Pros

Decent Money and lots of mandatory overtime.

Cons

They overwork their employee's and the management is horrible. They told me that we would only work 4 days a week and 10 hour days but it would technically be until the end of the shift which I was fine with. On being hired however, it was mandatory to work 6 days a week from start until end of shift which often goes 11 hours or more. They can't keep employees for this reason.
