Pros

As a publicly traded corporation, the company offers competitive compensation and benefits that align with market standards, making it attractive to high-performing professionals.

Cons

Tenure and institutional knowledge are not consistently recognized or rewarded, which is impacting long-term employee engagement. Labor relations have been strained, with ongoing union challenges that suggest deeper organizational tensions. Leadership under the current CEO is marked by a highly involved, top-down management style that has led to diminished morale across teams. While the company remains financially strong, cultural and operational improvements are necessary.

Pros

Pay, pretty much the only good thing

Cons

Work life balance is terrible. You are essentially an expected driver/driver helper. Literally no career path to grow. Poorly managed. In the 4 years I worked there, went through probably 12 other transportation supervisors, 4 directors, 2 regional presidents, 2 VPO'S, 4 Managers.
