Pros

- Flexible schedule - Good people in company - Good way to learn and get started in sales

Cons

- Pay, including 15% pay cut for this fiscal year. Better commission structure now but you have to kill it to even make just a bit more than previous salary + bonuses - Sysco is so big it struggles to compete in many markets/territories. Kills it where it has a stronghold and restaurants don’t have many other options. - Slow to respond on every level, not an agile company - No real vision besides returns to shareholders. One tip after pay cut was to increase customers’ prices where they wouldn’t notice to increase your GP to hit commission
