      Pros

      Decent pay, but not enough for the work.

      Cons

      They misrepresent the position when youre hired, it is an extremely physical job with ridiculous expectations for meeting production rates. Treat you like a number, turn-over rate is very high and theyre not shy about telling you, you are replaceable every night at the meeting.
