Pros

Good Salary, Leadership, Benefits, and career growth if you want it.

Cons

While leadership says they focus on an importance of work/life balance it is not really an option in a sales role. Keeping up with emails and phone calls even while out of the office is needed even when you set expectations and clearly communicate you will be out of the office to a customer.
