New hire training and continuous training is phenomenal. Great place to start

Cons

It's all about the investors. Salesforce pushed far beyond reasonable limits. And don't bother trying to get fair compensation. Best you'll get is about 1 tank of gas per month(for your personal car you use for work), and the solution to fair compensation for your work and relationships with customers is to pull business from you.

Decent pay and benefits, my DSM is really laid back.

Cons

If you are a hard worker and really hustle it doesnt pay off because corporate always manages to screw something up on their end. They tell you, that you have access to a huge inventory of specialty items through demand and remote delivery, but when you order for a customer, they are never in stock and never actually arrive. Just makes you look like a fool, and since you cant sell what you dont actually have, affects your bonus. Has a department responsible for helping bid big contract accounts..... but you can have all of your part (10-15 hours of work) done weeks in advance, and sent over to contract department 3 weeks early and they will still miss the deadline.... which, you guessed it, doesnt help you bonus. If you are a bare minimum, likes to just coast along type of person, this place is perfect for you. If you are a driven, high performer you might want to look elsewhere.
