You get bonuses for three months when you open a new account and then have to deal with the customer forever. Their is little opportunity to make a good money here. When hired I was given a territory that sold 9k a week in business. I built it to 55k right before Covid and started to get commission. then everyone was moved to salary. I continued to grow the territory to 100k a week in sales. Pre Covid this would of been a big enough territory to make great money. But now it’s not. I am so busy tending to the customers I have I can not acquire new business to get bonus. Sysco advertises 100k for drivers and pickers (and that’s great). But, the sales have no way to make decent money
