Pros

Supervisor was actually really good.

Cons

The main office would cancel routes which affects everyone. This hurts pay and vacation pay. Vacation pay was calculated at 1/52 of the previous year salary, so the more you earned the previous years the better.

Leading people is always hard, but Sysco is a great company to work for.

Cons

The hours are long (endless really) and finding work/life balance is a daily struggle.
