Pros

New hire training and continuous training is phenomenal. Great place to start

Cons

It's all about the investors. Salesforce pushed far beyond reasonable limits. And don't bother trying to get fair compensation. Best you'll get is about 1 tank of gas per month(for your personal car you use for work), and the solution to fair compensation for your work and relationships with customers is to pull business from you.

Long hours, pay based on performance, orders not engineered the same causing your pay to fluctuate through the night.
